Visiting a church for the first time can be overwhelming and we get it. We’ve created this page in hopes that it will be overwhelming for only the right reasons. Can’t wait to meet you!
Arriving
At 101 Church you’ll find a friendly environment even from the moment you pull into the parking lot. You’ll be greeted at our entrances and have an opportunity to receive a small gift from us. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before service time starts.
Once Inside
On your way to the sanctuary, you can stop at the Everyday Cafe to make a cup of coffee, grab some water and mingle a bit. For your convenience, bathrooms are located near the cafe and the sanctuary. Doors to the sanctuary will open 15 minutes prior to service time.
Kids
If you have infants thru 5th Graders that you would like to check into 101 Kids, then you’ll want to follow the signage to that area. If you need additional assistance, we’ve got you covered! Just ask a smiling face with a Guest Services badge on and they’ll take care of you. Infants thru Pre K are in separate classrooms based on age and will do age appropriate activities. Kindergarten thru 5th Graders will have a large group service of their own that incorporates fun, worship and the Word!
Safety
All of our adult volunteers have submitted a background check before being approved to serve. We utilize a digital check in system to keep track of the classroom your child will be in and to make sure that they get back to the right parent or guardian after each service. Safety is a top priority, and for that reason, only approved 101 Kids volunteers will be permitted beyond the check in kiosk. At check out, we do ask for only one parent or guardian to pick up your children and appreciate your cooperation.
Service Experience
At 101 Church you’ll experience a dynamic service that includes contemporary worship with a full band and an encouraging and challenging message from Pastor James or one of our teaching pastors. Services last approximately 90 minutes.
What Should I Wear?
We invite you to wear whatever you’re most comfortable in. At 101 you’ll see people dressed in their Sunday best, shorts and a tee and everything in between.
